8th Annual Spring Barrel Tasting

Come participate in an exclusive barrel tasting and discussion hosted by our winemaker Steve Bolleter. Compare barrel samples with their bottled counterpart and take part in the opportunity to reserve future bottles of our fabulous red wines. Live Entertainment.

Take Dad and follow the trail. Taste wines, cider, meade, and beer paired with food at 3 wineries, a cidery, a meadery, and a brewery. Go to www.blueridgewinetrail.com for more details. Tickets are $30 per person and are available at Amrhein's Jewelers and at each location on the trail.

7th Annual Sip-n-Shag Beach Bash

Lie back and enjoy the mountain sea breeze while soaking up the sun. Listen to live music by the KEY WEST BAND while you sip our award winning Virginia-style wines. Vineyard tour, wine tasting, and fun and games in the children�s activity tent are all included in the admission price. Food available with advance reservations required. Food not included in admission price.

Tasting Tour with Food Pairing. Come join the fun! Participants include: Foggy Ridge Cider, AmRhein Wine Cellars, Blacksnake Meadery, Shooting Creek Brewery, Villa Appalaccia, and Chateau Morrisette.

Event begins at 4p.m.
9th Annual Moonlight Stomp

This is our most popular events of the year! Join us under the Harvest Moon to stomp grapes "I LOVE LUCY" style, sip Virginia-style wines and roast marshmallows by a bonfire. Dress as your favorite Lucy character for a Lucy Look-alike Contest. Have a custom wine label made with your picture as a keepsake (extra fee). Virginia pork BBQ dinner available with advance reservations required. Be sure to bring a blanket, chairs and jackets.
Fee: $10/per person food additional. Picnics always welcome! Child Friendly.

October 11th

Fall Wine Oktoberfest

Bring your family to enjoy the fall colors of the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains at our fall festival. Live Entertainment, German Cuisine, and a traditional barrel rolling contest are a part of the fun. Children's activity tent will be busy with fall games and a pumpkin painting contest beginning at 2p.m.

Autumn Harvest Soup Weekends

Come and relax in Amrhein's cozy tasting room as you enjoy our wine and soup pairing. Join us for a delicious hot bowl of our homemade soup that will complement our wine and warm your heart. Let us help you select wines for your holiday meal.
Fee: $8 includes soup and wine tasting and bowl of your favorite soup. Child Friendly

December 13th & 14th 11a.m.-5p.m. "Holly Days" Open House

Come enjoy free wine tasting and holiday treats. Special holiday prices on select wines. Wine makes a wonderful gift and compliments any special gathering.
Fee: free Child Friendly

Please remember: No outside alcohol may be brought onto the winery property -- VA State ABC Law. Also, please no pets (We are concerned about their safety). Groups and prices subject to change without notice.
